    Just follow these simple steps:

  2. Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?

    You may change or cancel your order via our delivery hotline 1300-222-888, provided that the ordered items have not left the restaurant.

  3. How will I know if KFC has received my online order?

    An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted.

  4. What do I do if my order arrived with missing items?

    Please call our delivery hotline at 1300-222-888 to inform our customer service personnels of your missing items. We will arrange for the items to be delivered to you in the soonest time possible.

  5. Is there an 'express order' feature for KFC Delivery online?

    As a registered user, login to your account and you will be able to access your order history and add your previous orders to cart with a single click.

  6. Is KFC Delivery available across Malaysia?

    KFC Delivery currently only covers selected areas in the country. You will be prompted to check your address when you start ordering online.

    We strive to deliver our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. The delivery time may vary depending on the status of delivery stores. An estimated time of delivery will be shown in every order you place online.

  9. Does KFC Delivery offer the same menu as KFC restaurants?

    Menu options for KFC Delivery vary from restaurants' in-store menu. KFC Delivery has its own Delivery Menu and promotions that are specially catered for delivery.

  10. Is there a minimum order requirement for KFC Delivery?

    A minimum order of RM15 excluding delivery charges applies to all orders on KFC Delivery.

  11. What are the payment options available for KFC Delivery?

    The following payment options are available for KFC Delivery:

    • Cash (only for orders below RM300)
    • Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
    • Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard)

    Please note that we only accept Credit/Debit Card issued by banks in Malaysia.

    You can place your future orders up to 3 days in advance via KFC Delivery Online. During the ordering process, select 'Advance Order' and choose your preferred delivery date and time.

  13. Can I order KFC Delivery via the website without creating an account?

    Yes, we now have a 'guest checkout' feature for customers who wish to place an order without creating an account.

    However, we would recommend you to register with us for ease of all future orders. As a registered user, your details are saved and you will be able to select past orders in a single click. Furthermore, registration is free!

  4. When is the operating hours for Self Collect?

    You can place your order online daily between 7am and 4am. Collection time in-store is available from 11.00am to 10.30pm from Mondays to Sundays including public holidays.

  5. What are the payment options available for Self Collect orders?

    We accept both debit/credit cards (Visa & Master) issued by banks in Malaysia. Payment is to be made upon order confirmation.

  6. How will I know if KFC has received my online order?

    An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted.

  7. How long do I need to wait after I’ve placed an order for Self Collect?

    If you choose 'Order Now', estimated preparation time varies based on your orders:

    • Orders below RM50 - within 15 mins
    • Orders between RM51 to RM150 - within 30 mins
    • Orders between RM151 to RM250 - within 45 mins
    • Large orders exceeding RM250 - within 60 mins

    You can also choose to Order in Advance and skip the waiting time!

  8. Where do I collect my orders for Self Collect?

    You can collect your order at the KFC store you've selected when you placed your order. There will be a designated area with 'Self Collect' signage in the store where you can pick up your order. Just show your order confirmation details or email to our staff in the store.

  9. Does KFC Self Collect offer the same menu as KFC restaurants?

    Menu options for KFC Self Collect might vary from restaurants' in-store menu. KFC Self Collect also has its own promotions from time to time.

  10. Is Lunch & Dinner Treats (LTDT) available on Self Collect?

    Yes, Lunch & Dinner Treats (12-3pm, 6-9pm) are also available at selected KFC stores on Self Collect. You’ll enjoy the promotional rate if you place your order during the Lunch & Dinner Treats Hours.

  11. Is there any additional charge for Self Collect?

    No, this service is FREE with no additional charges!

    You will be prompted to 'Log In' or 'Sign Up' when you are going through the ordering process. Select 'Sign Up' to register with us. You can opt for a quick sign up by selecting 'Sign Up with Facebook' or by entering your email address and details.

    Our sign up process is easy and fast, register with us to enjoy the features to ease your orders in the future!

  2. How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it?

    When you're prompted to log in, select 'Forgot password'. An email containing a link to reset password will be sent to your registered email address.

  3. Where can I change my account info or addresses?

    First, log into your account. Tap on 'your name' and select 'Profile'. You can edit your personal details in your profile. If you would like to edit your delivery address, from 'your name', select 'Addresses' to remove old address or add new address

  4. Can I share the same account with my family members to place an order for KFC Delivery?

    Yes you may share the same account. Please note that orders will be delivered to the registered or selected address. Order confirmation emails will also be sent to the registered email address.

    However, it is encouraged that each member registers a new account for convenience. Registration is free anyway!
